2030 Agenda Commitment
- In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 and ESG criteria, we are committed to leading green investment and sustainable energy production in Ecuador.
- Our goal is to contribute to reducing the carbon footprint through: sustainable forest management, the development of advanced technologies, the production of renewable energy, and the promotion of responsible consumption of clean energy.
- Our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and operational excellence is demonstrated through the implementation of the following international standards: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 27701, 37001, and FSC.
BRINGING OUR 2030 AGENDA TO REALITY
By December of this year, we will plant the first 200 hectares of balsa with a total of 125,000 trees sown. This puts us in line with our goal of annually doubling the hectares sown.
- 2024: 400 ha
- 2025: 800 ha
- 2026: 1600 ha
- 2030: 22.000 ha
At the end of this year, we will begin studies at the wind monitoring station located in the same place where the wind farms will be, that is, in Montecristi. The measurements will be made with IoT sensors and the results obtained will serve to determine the technical characteristics that the wind generators should have.
We have successfully implemented the international standards ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 27701, and 37001, as well as the FSC for sustainable forest management. This way we guarantee our alignment with ESG criteria and the best practices of the industry.

To bring our commitment to the ESG rating to reality, we have adopted an integrated approach that addresses each of the ESG criteria in all our operations and investment decisions. Below we detail some of the specific actions we are implementing in each of the ESG areas.

We implement sustainable environmental management practices in all our operations, such as: reforestation, waste management, and emissions reduction. We invest in and develop sustainable technologies that allow us to generate clean energy and reduce our carbon footprint.
